A “Ambient Noise Enhancer”

The coolest feature on these headphones is the “Ambient Noise Enhancer”

While the Panasonic Hi-Res headphones let in more ambient noise, the listening experience was better.

In addition to the music, I use them at work in an open studio and they do a great job of cancelling most ambient noises

They feel light in my hand as well as on my head.
