What made it worse was the crappy wireless connection it created with the internet

I use Netflix a lot and since I've gotten the device I haven't been able to watch a full movie without losing my wireless connection at least 3 times

It is not a big deal for us as we prefer Cat5 cable, as it is much cheaper and more reliable connection (can be faster).I undertand that there are lemons in with every product, but when I read some of the negative reviews, it makes me wonder if some of the complaints can be justified

They made their entertainment systems incompatible with most other systems by either using proprietary connectors or not installing compatible connections at all, such as RCA or headset types that would allow you to easily utilize third party equipment like sound bars or older receivers, games, DVD or even VHS players

I make sure the password for the wireless is setup and it shows 5 bars signal strength and connected but no connection is available under any option, firmware update, any of the internet options
