• Reviews around receiver (1.87 of 5)

Panasonic SC-BTT190 Energy Star 5.1-Channel 1000-Watt Full HD 3D Blu-Ray Home Theater System (2013 Model)

    • The receiver is very slow to navigate through
    • So when watching Netflix through my Xbox turning up the volume means trying to look at the small display to see if it is turning up or not.-The wireless receiver for rear speakers seems impossible to find, including used
    • When the receiver went past 50 out of 100 on a dial the sound distorted like crazy and this leads me to believe that the reason all this newer receiver have so minimal volume adjustment is because it cuts off at the point of distortion as to not damage the speakers
    • If this is the case, I could recommend a newer Yamaha blu ray receiver with these huge rectangular speakers, and some other branded bookshelf and center speaker and even a separate sub for more bass
    • My previous receiver was rated at 100W and simply blows this one away
    • This sucker gets loud but I really dislike the receiver
    • The Yamaha receiver can be downgraded too if price is in question but as for the Yamaha speakers those a great price vs
    • the issue is the receiver only takes that amp
    • When the receiver went past 50 out of 100 on a dial the sound distorted like crazy and this leads me to believe that the reason all this newer receiver have so minimal volume adjustment is because it cuts off at the point of distortion as to not damage the speakers
    • No need of a expensive and bulky AV receiver
    • For a $100 dollars more I can get a system that according to specs has a louder sub louder speakers, an actual receiver that can do a lot more but why won't i reconsider my purchase
    • well i like no problems
    • Works great for the price i cant complain but not as crisp and clear as i
