I don't like most fine points for that reason, but even the medium does not give me a dark enough line

I like the bold point on them also.

Nice thick ball point that makes my writing look neat and nice

so i found the 1.4 point thickness a little difficult to work with at times

I like a medium point, but maybe I'll get used to this thicker foot print

They don't have a fine point and they do seem to empty faster than other pens, but that is probably why they work so well.

I find most other ball pens to be too sharp points for my use.

Slower writers should look for a finer point.

Compared to the Profile, the Zebra feels like a fine point, tending to "cut into" the paper surface and, as a result, resisting the writer who presses hard.

The 1.4 size gives a darker ink imprint than the fine point pens.

I like that they are not too fine point and write a good, solid line.

I have always been using Pilot ballpens, G2 in particular, Pilot G2 Fine Point, Black Gel Ink Pens, Box of 12 (31020)

Fine points have their place, and medium points are fine, but there's nothing like the smooth feel of this wider point as it writes

Unless you have to make a point (pardon the pun) of using 'fine' point pens, I really believe you'll fall in love with this

Decent pens, only wish the points were more fine.

Two of the pens have jammed and won't retract the point.

They write nice and smoothly, and I like the bold point

Do wish that it came in a extra fine point though.

The only downside, and the reason I give them four instead of five stars, is that I wish they were pointed on the end for those situations when I need a really fine point pen.

That said, they are a little bit on the bold side -- to the point that it's difficult to write in very small space -- and the grips sometimes start to stretch and slide around near each pen's end-of-life

These are great pens at a great price point.

They're functional, but I liked the larger barrel size and bold point of the previous Profile pen.

The writing is very smooth and if you like pens that aren't fine point, this pen is worth a try, especially for the price.

They write very well on all services because of the thicc point of the pen, whereas my G2s were not performing as well with a finer point

Just wanted to try this higher-end type of pen since I usually just get the cheap-o
