Copic Multiliner is my current fave, although I have been using a Uni-Ball Signo that I thought worked very well and produced smooth clean lines

Our family is trying out the black ones, 0.7mm "Medium Point".So far, they provide a deep, rich, thick black line when writing, with no gaps or faint edges.
