It feels loose, but it’s a nice design in that you don’t have to struggle to load it because the tray automatically opens up.
Not a bad design...just hard to get used to it since I don't reload staples more than once every six months and the picture instructions always throw me off
The PaperPro Compact Pink stapler is well-designed and has that little one-finger power feature that many will love.
This is a poorly designed stapler that stops working soon after you buy it.
My only complaint is that a full set of staples doesn't fit into the stapler, so you have to break the staple sets in half before inserting them

Every three or four staples will either jam up the stapler, come out with half of the staple folded correctly and the other half just flat or kind of crooked, or it just won't do anything and all and a completely undamaged and un-"stapled" staple will come out
Very smooth operation, steady base, easy to reload, staples per specs without jamming or misfiring
The staples are easy to fill, and the stapler easily staples through many sheets of paper.
