The spool is very cheap cardboard and fell apart during shipping, which created a giant coil knot that took forever to get out.

The cord itself is decent quality, but the spool is total garbage - just a super cheap cardboard tube with two flimsy cardboard ends that are weakly plugged into the tube.

It arrived on a broken, useless cardboard spool, and I know they arent going to do anything about that because its been a consistent issue per the reviews here

I highly recommend people have a spool of this around, it's fantastic for around the house as well as for packing for hiking trips

It comes in all kinds of colors as well as coming in reflective cord as well.
