Having been in the military for 15 years, every roll of this stuff we got was a mess within an hour of it being issued

However, the flimsy roll and cardboard end pieces are junk.

When I received this, the roll that cord was on was broken, and the cord was all loose on one side and created a big knot on that side

Opened the box and the roll was broken and much of the cord was entangled in itself

The whole roll is absolutely useless now
