Material on the lower half is an excellent quality, doesn't feel cheap, and provides good tactility.

quality suggests that its fake, but not a bad pen overall

Whether I'm writing on expensive, high-quality paper, or writing in a cheap $0.99 composition book, the pen positively GLIDES across the page
-
I find that a quality pen like this one helps with that handicap somewhat.

n’t recommend it.
