This is a reasonably attractive writing instrument, though with a rather cheap feel, that will provide an acceptable alternative in situations where one does not feel comfortable carrying a fountain pen, such as passing through airport security, where it would almost certainly be appraised as a weapon

A very lightweight durable writing instrument that lives up to the Parker quality name.

They are easier to write with than the Parker Gels, which will skip unless you write with more pressure, which will suit some people, so I don't want to write them off, but for those who prefer effortless writing, the Schmidt is worth a try.

In addition, the nib tip does not rock around the pen housing, which gives you a very confident writing feel and feedback
