    • A great advantage over cartridges: If/when the ink dries in your fountain pen, use the pump in this converter to flush it out, draw ink back in, flush it out again, repeat a few times, and your pen is good as new.

    • Trashing an expensive pen and having to do a complete cleaning and worrying about if the pen will write again is a nerve wracking experience
