I purchased the Patriot 256GB Boost XT USB 3 flash drive and it performs extremely well... for read purposes and most write purposes

Patriot always exceeds expectations and lifespan.

However, it will transfer photo files almost 3X as fast as the Patriot Xporter 16GB USB 2.0Smaller physical size

I've owned several Patriot XT usb 2.0 drives and I've loved them

I can't comment on the longevity of this drive since I've only owned it for a couple days, but from reading other reviews here, it seems like Patriot has a good track record for this line

Bought in september and today 11/4/2013 case came right off, such a cheap design, never had this issue with previous models such as the patriot, will be returning for refund or replacement, whichever comes first.

I'm used to fast Patriot drives - seems like I need the good speed.

This drive is most certainly faster than USB 2.0, but not as fast as the 32GB Patriot SuperSonic that I own.

Luckily, my Patriot stays in one secure place and doesn't suffer the abrasion of riding around in my pocket or the rough handling of being constantly transported from one place to another, as is the case with people who keep their drives on their keychains

I love my first 4GB patriot, very durable and has lasted years!The 32GB is smaller and VERY fast, love it !!
