I've bought Patriot USB drives before and this was another great buy for me

this is an affoedable fast usb 3.0 very sturdy with shock resistand rubber casing.there are faster ones out there but for the pricei recomend it.

Not the faster USB 3.0 drive but fast enough and the rubber case offers more protection than most flash drives.

For a cheap USB 3.0 flash drive, it has a good capacity and seems to run far faster than I expected.

If you're looking for fast USB 3.0 write speeds, this unit won't cut it

I used three different computers (all supporting USB 3.0 or 3.1); three different benchmark tools (Atto, AS SSD, and Crystal Disk Mark) using 200 MB, 500 MB, and 1 GB options; and three different Operating Systems (OSX High Sierra, Windows 10, and Arch Linux).

These Patriot USB drives are absolutely the BEST drives.

This USB stick does have a USB LED that flashes when the drive is working.

I previously purchased a Patriot XT 8GB USB and have been so pleased with it that I decided to purchase a second Patriot with 16GB memory.

Not the normal quality expected of Patriot USB thumb drives (my preferred brand due to the high quality and durability).

It's not the fastest, but significanlty faster than your typical "cheap" flash drive you'll find at most places, and has USB 3.0 support

My Patriot Xporter 16GB USB 2.0 with exactly the same Firefox program and profile loaded on it takes only 45 seconds to boot in USB 2.0 port, and the same in a 3.0 port

(under 10mb) maybe look at the more expensive USB 3.0 sticks

But it works, definitely exceeds USB 2.0 speeds.

It should perhaps receive three stars because it failed to achieve higher than 50 MB/s in sequential read speeds (advertised 90 Mb/s) and it has abysmal random write speeds (never breaking 0.1 MB/s on any benchmark).
