pBone PBONE1BLK Jiggs Plastic Trombone, Black

    • About like a good quality student horn
    • Light, good tone, and you don't have to worry about it in the rain like you do your expensive horn.
    • Of course, they do not use it for their live performances but, again, for the price, this is an excellent starter or 2nd horn.
    • Horn plays very well and is superior to some other plastic trombones I've tried, with better tone and sturdier.
    • Oh, and the horn is absolutely amazing
    • Assembly was simple, and the horn was light, and comfortable to hold
    • Needless to say, this horn is fun to play.
    • A horn like this would be so perfect for marching or for gigs
    • Yes you can tell that it is not as good as a good brass horn, but for the money the difference is negligible if you are not in a professional orchestra.
    • Needless to say, this horn is fun to play.
    • This is a cool little horn for not a lot of money.
    • Not only does the horn play extremely well, but the Instrumentpro team was BEYOND respectful and cooperative when ordering it.
    • I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to pick up or continue playing trombone as a hobby but can't afford an intermediate or professional model horn
    • Light, good tone, and you don't have to worry about it in the rain like you do your expensive horn.
    • This horn is great
    • the first one came apart at the top of the slide where it was glued into the the slide brace piece on the opposite side of the lock, the second horn has a huge air leak where the slide is glued into the bottom brace that has the water valve in it.
    • if u have big hands the slide may bite when arriving to first position.. beautiful horn tho
    • THese can be great little horns, lightweight, decent sounding and loads of fun.
    • Of course a high end brass horn is going to sound better, but this is a fine little horn for pep band or to take along on a trip
    • I mostly play on a Yamaha YBL-830 bass trombone, but I wanted to get a lighter horn for some of the gig's that I don't need such a large horn, or don't trust the area I am playing for a larger horn to be safe.
    • .. horn plays a hair sharp so tuning slide is pulled out nice amount
    • If you are looking for a cheap horn to play for starters, or in an area a cheap horn will be needed for bad location or marching band this horn should do the job.
    • Not as good as a brass horn but for the price you can not go wrong
    • My son loved his pbone horn.
    • The pBone doesn't sound as nice as that horn, but it's mighty good, and only $150
    • I mostly play on a Yamaha YBL-830 bass trombone, but I wanted to get a lighter horn for some of the gig's that I don't need such a large horn, or don't trust the area I am playing for a larger horn to be safe.
    • This doesn't sound anything like my nice horn
    • I bought this horn as a Christmas gift for my 13 year old son, and he loves it!
