This instrument is inexpensive, light in weight, the slide is easy operating, the slide lock is secure, and the tone quality is good
-
The pBone presents far too many challenges on its own to be a good starter instrument.
-
The instrument basically works as intended
-
Great instrument
-
The Jiggs pBobe is altogether a great instrument
-
Great instrument for beginners, and student band, great sound, light weight does not dink and scratch easily from everyday use
-
Excellent sounding instrument
-
It really would be a good enough instrument for any beginning - probably for the first 3 or more years.
-
Most of the section bought these and now they don't have to worry about hurting their $1000 plus instruments.
-
While not a good performance quality instrument, it's great for practice, and general messing around at times when you don't want to risk your expensive instrument
-
I wanted to get a cheap instrument that plays good
-
The music instructor says this instrument will be adequate until maybe 8th or 9th grade band at which time we'll purchase real brass horn (if he still plays)
-
great instrument for learning to play are a beginner continuing to advance
-
Great instrument with great sound, very excited when it came
-
Perfect instrument for someone with a disability who can't lift the brass trombones I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for an instrument that stands out from the rest
-
While not a good performance quality instrument, it's great for practice, and general messing around at times when you don't want to risk your expensive instrument
-
My son is enjoying his new instrument, he is just beginning to learn to play
-
Fun, inexpensive and a great learning instrument.
-
This is a great instrument
-
Great buy and great instrument.
-
I think this would be an excellent first instrument or just something to haul around for a quick gig.
-
I would recommend this instrument for anyone wanting to play the trombone
-
This instrument is nice because you don't need to do much to maintain it, other than wipe the slide dry after each use
-
The pbone is not just a toy but also a fun, serious instrument with a decent tone at an economical price (I believe probably a better value and more durable than a 'lower-end' student brass trombone).
-
for me and beginning trombone players, it's a great way to start on this wonderful instrument!
-
I don't think it sounds as good as a real brass instrument
-
Of course the pBone is no competitor for the Edwards, but is more of a recreational instrument suitable for beginning students of the trombone.
-
If you are expecting to sound like a professional, you probably won't (and if you were a professional, you'd likely be playing on a much better quality instrument anyway)
-
He really loves this instrument and it sounds surprisinly good---especially considering it is plastic
-
It is a really fun, light, beautifully sounding instrument
