The energizer is perfect, red light is charging, green light is ready

While the base looks almost identical to the Xbox One unit, the lights that show whether the controllers are charged or charging are much dimmer and the controllers are much harder to fit into the stand.

When you plug a controller with a defective battery in, you get flashing green lights, flashing red lights and solid red lights
