I also purchased Pentel R.S.V.P. Ballpoint Pen, Medium Point, Assorted Ink Colors, 8 Pack (BK91CRBP8M), which I feel is a better set of pens for using on stationery or note cards, since the medium point creates a fuller, richer line of ink on the paper, for better legibility.

So, it's no small recommendation to say that these pens write smoothly, hardly ever skip, make a solid, readable line, and can quite possibly help you avoid sanctions from the FDA.

Now what I really, really love about this pen is that it writes with very smooth, very clean fine lines and without the globs of ink that can be left behind with other pens that smear on your hand and then all over the paper.
