Pentel cheapened this product by substituting plastic for steel in the tiny lead holder tube (the "point"), but I've found that the plastic point still has more than adequate life (a couple years) before eventual failure

Otherwise, the delivery was excellent and the other product is good.

While I'm in it for the 0.9 lead size, and this pencil works, the QE519 is a superior product, and this one (QE419) is just "THREE STARS OK"

I would recommend this product to anyone who frequently breaks BiC mechanical pencils kept in their pockets.
