Customer support is excellent...

In my case, I changed the Peplink default to 192.168.3.1 and updated the DHCP range (don't worry - customer support will help you).

Customer support was very responsive and is based in the US.

In all, I was disappointed with Peplink on several counts although their customer support seemed available and prompt.

The only thing I wish for is more ports, but o well, that can be easily fixed with a switch
