The most recent version of the BIOS has some bug fixes and nice features (particularly at this price point).

The Cisco doesn't have as many fancy features as the Peplink (fancy load balancing and real time graphs) but so far it has been rock solid, and the Cisco does have a 14 port LAN switch which is nice.----Solid router

The VPN server is solid, the amount of control is great, and I love the monitoring and other handy features that work well for my small business needs

Loads of nice features including email notifications when a link goes bad, real-time and historical graphs indicating which ports were used for traffic, etc

Advanced features, van, multi-wan, aggregating routers are a must for any small business or mission critical sites.
