    • The right ear has stopped working completely after 18 months of very light usage
    • They fit my ears really well (for some reason, i can't wear regular earbuds).
    • Ear buds stay secure during running and jumping
    • I like the design - I have small ears and most headphones fall out
    • These are kind of tight against the side of my head and after a while it can start to hurt my ears, but I just take one side out and switch if it becomes bothersome.
    • My only complaint is the lack of enough spare silicone ear tips and the fact that Phaiser has none for sale on Amazon
    • I probably could have lived with the minor annoyances if the earbuds didn't hurt my ear

    • The similar Tao Tronics headphones are better in respect to connections and audio quality, but I've had 2 pair in 2 years and each eventually lost sound through the right ear bud.

    • The ear phones arrived safe and sound and where dead easy to set up and get going
