I really want to like this product other than the fact than the fact that the max volume is more like a minimum level on my Airpods.

THEN, when the product did stop working (it actually just stopped charging, I'm not sure why, it honestly could have been my fault for being too rough when plugging it in) they sent me a replacement within days, no questions asked
