This is the first monitor I have ever purchased that I was unable to get sharp text.

Text is crisp, but I would have preferred a lighter AG coating

Text became smooth and crisp as the MBP's video output exactly matched the monitor's top resolution (3840x2160), resulting in a fantastic display at a truly unbelievable price

(I have brightness turned down to 50)The only time I've seen "blurry text" appear is when the resolution is wrong

It's not the worst AG I've seen, but in a light controlled room it offers zero benefit and reduces sharpness of the text enough that I notice it

First thing I noticed after receiving the monitor is the texts on browsers are very blurry/soft

Text is crisp, colors are great after some easy calibration (just search up the optimal settings for this monitor), and NO dead pixels upon arrival (either I got lucky this time or Philips is a good company)

Text in Word looked good with my eyes about 27" away from the screen

Text and fonts look great and it puts less strain on my aging eyes

Stand is sturdy, and the low gloss screen image is bright, text clear and readable, with a wide viewing angle.

Also, once during my usage, I noticed flickering on the monitor when using a dark background text editor

While this did make the text sizing correct, the text itself looked terrible, pixelated with fuzzy areas around each letter

Once into macOS, the monitor looks great — text is sharp and clear and colors are vibrant, which leaves me a little torn

Text is so much sharper

Text and articles are easier to read and fonts are perfectly displayed

Text was fuzzy until I set my graphics output on PC to 75 Hz. defaults to 60hz

I work as a software developer and the text is crisp and clear which is what I really care about

really delivers esp if you want crisp text

The colors are vibrant, very bright, text much smoother and refined than the old 1080p monitor and a good value for $250 (time of purchase)
