After having issues with the product, I was extremely pleased that the seller/manufacturer proactively contacted me after I had initially posted a critical product review.
All in all, a wonderful product, you got six stars from me
I would not recommend this product to anyone that intends to actually use it
My one complaint is that I don't like buying a throw-away product and wonder if replacement heads are or will be available

If you live in a place where you get the occasional static shock when you reach for a doorknob or some other metal thing, then this lamp is no good.
Very susceptible to Electro-Static Shock
One static shock and the device is rendered useless!!!!I suggest that you purchase a device that has a grounded plug
