The only thing that would make it better is a fine point instead of medium, but I've yet to find a better writing implement.

I really like the grip on this pen, very comfortable and like the fine point writing quality.

I've used Dr. Grip pens for years with the skinny medium point rollerball ink refills.

I prefer the fine point to the medium point.

I customize it by using an extra fine point refill

The medium point, as opposed to a fine point, makes more visible lines for older eyes

so I hate the little skinny, polished slick barrel, ball points ...with the fine sharp tips that cut into the paper

We recently bought the very INexpensive medium point refills which is another bonus!

The strongest selling point for this pen is it's almost sinful comfort and how you can write so lightly with it while producing strong lines, making life for your hands very easy
