I love these pens as they provide a smooth writing experience.

These pens have a comfortable grip and smooth ball for easy writing.

The writing is very smooth, the ink disappears completely when erased with the built in eraser that is attached to the pen.

The eraser on the end truly erases the writing so that the files can be reused for something else.

As far as erasable pens go, FriXion offers the smoothest writing (not as smooth as "regular" ink) with the best results regarding complete and total ink removal

But overall, this is one of the smoothest writing gel pens I have had.

I like the color pens for writing fun notes to friends and family and letters.

On the down side, as I've mentioned, these pens write fairly smoothly, but they're not as smooth (for example) as Papermate's Inkjoy (non-erasable) ball-points or Pilot's PreciseV rollerball (also non-erasable, and my all-time favorite widely-available writing implement).

I use them instead of pencils and find they are much more convenient, and the writing is high in contrast (like any pen vs. a pencil) and much easier to read.

the eraser is on the area of the pen you'd cover with the cap when the pen is open, which makes no sense to me.- the point is a little scratchy and my handwriting looks a little bit "shaky" writing with it
