Pilot rollerball pens work great, smooth writing, bold colors.

Also, if you are working with carbon copy forms (those three page, multi-color forms where the writing leaks through all the pages) you have to push a little harder and this can bend the head sometimes

They have a fine metal roller point, they don't smudge, and have great color, if you enjoy writing these are really great pens to have!
