These pens have dark purple ink and a fine tip, but the writing is not very smooth as the tip just doesn't glide across paper like a quality pen should

But I never lend it to someone, for they always crush my tip.

As a writer, these pens allow me to write comfortably because of the ergonomic design, and the tip is precise and perfect for corrections and new ideas alike.

I have been using these for quite some time, and they generally works quite well - easy to write with, make a good clear impression on paper, write over most anything - only downside are the tips tend to wear down after a month or two of use, and occasionally, after plane travel, the ink can leak out the tip - but they are a good value for the money, and are preferable to the other pens (including felt tips) that I've tried.

These may not have the finest tips on the planet, but they're still finer than most any other pen I've yet encountered -- and yet they write smoothly, not scratchy as some ultra fine tips can -- and the ink is DARK, vivid, and very clear

I first used these around the time they came out in 1979, and recently ordered a box tor fine-tipped writing

I am a big fan of extra fine tipped pens.

Pro:Very fine and nice tip

The problem with these pens is (a) you have to write with little pressure or you could grind the tip off and (b) you have to hold the pen upright for it to write well

These are by far my favorite pens for the clean consistent lines, and the smooth felt tips that make writing with these a pleasure
