The battery was dead didn't work that good

The only complaint I have is that the batteries were missing

Dint not work, I thought only the batteries are dead, so bought batteries installed the 4 new battery and still does not work

Not sure how good battery life is

So i need some help here, I recieved the item and for some reason the batteries were dead, and also the lazer sight was not even working to begin with, unless my 3 sets of batteries were dead which i doubt I would like to know if there is anything that can be done about this?

The batteries are kind of hard to install

Good laser, but the batteries that come with are garbage
