When I pointed out that both the Pioneer and idatalink websites showed compatibility with "2013 Toyota Sienna, all trims," he told me that the websites shouldn't say that and that my vehicle was "a unicorn" for which no idatalink product would be compatible

For the brief time it worked a great product

This is a shameful way to support a product that retails $ 1,900 (CDN) plus installation

I purchased mine from Joe Blow down the road and the product was defective so I have to pay to get it repaired even though I have only had it a few weeks

Great product, it is 2017 and by this time I would expect a far superior product

The product feels either unfinished or, perhaps, more like the teams that produced the different systems didn't talk with each other

This products seems promising but is full of small defects everywhere
