The main point of my review is to point out that this product works for me with the Samsung YX-M1Z Helix XM2go Portable Satellite Radio with MP3 Player.
I was very happy to get this kit for my favorite XM radio
I didn't think that I could find this item because my portable radio was pretty old.
You need to get the FM adapter, otherwise you'll just be upset you paid so much for this and the XM radio for poor quality radio.

If you'd also like to play it in the car, this handy car kit includes everything you need: a dock, power adapter, and roof-mount antenna
You can use the inno's built-in wireless transmitter to "broadcast" the XM signal over your car's FM radio
This kit also includes the XM SureConnect cable, which attaches directly from the dock to your vehicle's antenna to deliver a better sound to your speakers
