    • I did have a problem removing the protective film from the screen, but contacted customer support and they were wonderful about helping me find a way to get it off - very responsive and helpful, and said they will discuss the problem I ran into to try to make sure others don't run into the same issue

    • Finally, customer support asked me to contact my ISP insisting that "they" meaning my ISP is "very helpful" and surely they could sort things out for me as this has been done "recently" for another customer
