Plantronics 80057-11 CT14 Cordless Headset Phone, Black

    • Every once in a while I knock the cord out of the headset when I'm moving around and miss a few words of the conversation (due to my clutziness, not the phone!).
    • I bought this to replace a beloved (mostly) corded S12 that snapped after 6 years of heavy use
    • I had a corded version that after several years , died.
    • No more neck cramps from leaning my head over told the phone,no more sitting in one spot because the cord don't reach and no more arm muscle failure from holding the phone to my ear
    • I also find the cord easy to tangle and have pulled the phone off my desk and onto the floor losing calls several times.
    • Cord from ear to phone is not long enough
    • , it serves the purpose of being hands free, but I wish it was wireless....cord is a little annoying!
    • When properly routed, though, the cord has good strain relief and should last a long time.
    • Also, the cord to the headset seems to twist, and I am afraid it will break over time
    • Flimsy cords that get tangled and will have to be replaced often
    • :No adjustable microphone volumeHeadset cords are fragile
    • It is kind of expensive because you can always get a wireless phone set and use a cheaper corded headset, but if you need a dedicated phone with a headset, it is a good choice
    • Also I am not sure how good the quality of sound is for those cheaper corded headsets.
    • The original phone still works, cord on headset went out.
    • It pulls cord out and eventually ruins it
