Two new headsets and one new battery later, the jack connection was loose and I couldn't get sound unless the connection was held just right,

I've had the very expensive wireless headsets with the lifters and all, but I like this better.

Recently my old AT&T speaker phone with an inexpensive headset decided to Give UP

Phone is great but the cheap headset is cheap their is too much back ground static in it and uncomfortable both ways i even replaced it with another type of headset they make and it had the same issue with hearing someone talk too much background

I have heard no static, my clients do not hear a bad connection and the headset is pretty comfortable
