The jack would fail electronically, and introduce a loud, clicking static

Although I loved the ease of use, I had a couple problems with it; it interfered with my wireless connection for my computer and after a few months, static would over run my calls due to a loose wire on the headset

The first 8 months the product worked perfectly, but then I started hearing intermittent static and then silence for about 5-8 seconds which in turn people on my conference call would also not hear me.

There is a slight static on the line sometimes, but I suspect that may be a problem I'm having with the actual line, rather than the phone

It works as it is supposed to

It falls a bit short of 5 stars because the volume isn't as adjustable as I'd like (callers come in pretty loud sometimes), and the buttons are pretty small for my fingers, but otherwise it has worked well so far, and has a good long battery life away from the base.
