Picks up too much background noise.

Near impossible to hear if driving or any other background noise....20 bucks strait into the trash.

Call clarity is good, bluetooth connects easily and keeps the connection going, and the microphone doesn't pick up regular background noise (though will pick up other passengers in the car).

It just has very little sound, so low it's barely audible in room with low background noise, and it's become extremely difficult to get it to respond to voice prompts to answer calls

I find in a quite room I need to turn the volume down, the caller has no problem hearing me although background noise can sometimes be a problem for the caller.

Not as good as my first M165 but, much better than another brand that I purchased.

Bought the Plantronics M165 Marque 2 headset for my son 2 years ago and it’s still working as of today.

Also, people on the other end of the line said my voice didn't sound as clear as when I used the phone handset.

They sent me instructions on how to get it fluffed up, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, as well as encouraged me to reach out to them if I EVER have any problems with the pillow
