Pro’s: good sound quality, solid connection and distance, smaller than expected and unobtrusive (relatively), price

biggest advantage for me is that it connects to 2 phones at once, vocal prompts to answer or decline call, easy to set up, very clear connection.

Worked well for about two months and now have an inconsistent connection at best

The connection is often clearer with the earpiece than talking directly on the phone itself.

It is very uncomfortable in the ear, and although it paired quickly, the connection was very poor

You do not need to carry the phone around with you, and if you do, it tells you the connection is lost

It loses connection with my phone when my phone is in my back pocket, not to mention if I walk into another room

And I couldn't even leave my phone in the kitchen & go to my living room (through the dining room) without losing the connection.

Other than these gripes, the headset did provide a clear connection.

Doesn't easily connect to iPhone 6S. Loses connection often

This unit works pretty well, the sound is clear, the connection is consistent and the battery life is great

Sometimes, it's louder than I can stand, but that range is very helpful with poor connections or quiet customers
