Nice and small but keep disconnecting and connection, does not work all the time for call pick up

Thank you a inexpensive, well designed earpiece that does not make my ear sore.

The voice answering does not always work.

However, in spite of multiple install/uninstall of the app and pairing/unpairing of the headset, this headset just does not work with the app

The main issue for me is that it does not get loud enough.

In practical use however, the microphone does not seem to work as well, as I get many more comments on the sound quality being bad and the voice controls are sort of a gimmick

so I need something with good volume and this does great

I gave it four stars because it often times does NOT alert of calls via the "answer or ignore" feature
