    • Okay, I have defective ears, but it would fall out at random when it did connect properly to my phone.

    • Bought the Plantronics M165 Marque 2 headset for my son 2 years ago and it’s still working as of today.
    • Also, people on the other end of the line said my voice didn't sound as clear as when I used the phone handset.
    • They sent me instructions on how to get it fluffed up, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, as well as encouraged me to reach out to them if I EVER have any problems with the pillow
