This earpiece is very comfortable to wear, and I often forget I'm wearing it

The earpiece the only one that will fit me properly can only be home for 30 minutes to 60 minutes after that your ear will start hurting and the ear Loop that it comes with is quite useless

For whatever reason the earpiece will lose connection for a few moments and then SOMETIMES reconnect.

I used to hate Bluetooth earpieces like this, but since using this one out of necessity, I think I've changed my mind.

I bought the Plantronics 88120 for an upgrade in overall quality compared to the cheaper earpieces I'd had before

Not as good as my first M165 but, much better than another brand that I purchased.

Bought the Plantronics M165 Marque 2 headset for my son 2 years ago and it’s still working as of today.

Also, people on the other end of the line said my voice didn't sound as clear as when I used the phone handset.

They sent me instructions on how to get it fluffed up, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, as well as encouraged me to reach out to them if I EVER have any problems with the pillow
