Regardless of it's technology, the headset is WORTHLESS if it doesn't stay in the ear.

I seem to lose Bluetooth headsets left and right, so I've gone through quite a few over the last five years or so, all of them on the lower end of the price spectrum

Overall I am totally satisfied and I would recommend this headset.

Meanwhile, I will go on searching for a better headset.

This was not a good headset and I have been using Bluetooths for awhile.

I really like this headset.

So far I really like this headset but cant seem to get the function to work that makes it omit a sound when its lost in my house

I am disappointed because my dad really enjoyed this headset and it was such an affordable price, unfortunately I don't have much faith in this brand anymore after this experience.

My iPhone 5 volume was on max and the headset was at full volume as well.

(Admittedly I have been Voyager series exclusively for over 3 years.)I break a headset per year it seems ... so I am trying this one with an "Altoids Smalls" case in the hopes of reducing stress on the device.

Not as good as my first M165 but, much better than another brand that I purchased.

Bought the Plantronics M165 Marque 2 headset for my son 2 years ago and it’s still working as of today.

Also, people on the other end of the line said my voice didn't sound as clear as when I used the phone handset.

They sent me instructions on how to get it fluffed up, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, as well as encouraged me to reach out to them if I EVER have any problems with the pillow
