So far I love this ear piece.

They have used for about a week and they both love the Bluetooth ear piece.

Lasts longer then some of the more expensive pieces

This M165 is very light weight but powerful wireless blue tooth piece for my Samsung Note 5!

That being said, the included piece that fits in your ear made my ear ache after several hours of wearing

Other than the over the ear piece, I have no clue as to how the other little clear pieces (like the one shown) are supposed to hold it in your ear.

I could never find a comfortable ear piece though, and ended up using a rubber ear piece from a different BT that was much more comfortable

Worst piece i ever bought

This is a comfortable ear piece however I bought the replacement earpieces for the over the ear loop am somewhat active and do not trust the original to hold the bluetooth in my ear by itself

Sound quality is good and ear piece is comfortable even for someone with sensitive skin and stays in ear.

The person I order this for enjoys the ear piece and hasn't had any issues with it.

You basically have two options; use an ear piece large enough to hold it in your ear without using the over-the-ear clip on, or, use a smaller more comfortable ear piece and use the over-the-ear-clip to keep it on
