I bought a new earpiece because the other one picked up too much road-noise

While I can hear good in the car, it picks up all the road noise

It is better for low noise areas as sometimes callers say they can hear road noise in the car - but again, for the money you can't beat this headset !

However, when used in the car with road noise, wind noise, etc, it just doesn't get loud enough.

Not as good as my first M165 but, much better than another brand that I purchased.

Bought the Plantronics M165 Marque 2 headset for my son 2 years ago and it’s still working as of today.

Also, people on the other end of the line said my voice didn't sound as clear as when I used the phone handset.

They sent me instructions on how to get it fluffed up, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, as well as encouraged me to reach out to them if I EVER have any problems with the pillow
