Good for running outside too because you can still hear ambient noises

so I was looking for something very sweat proof, comfortable for long runs that can last over 2 hours and something that allows a small amount of ambient noise for safety

But it causes problems because it lets in a lot of ambient noise, which is the second failing of these, in that they are not loud enough.

the earbuds fit it well enough to deliver good high quality sound but they still allow me to hear enough ambient noise around me to stay safe.

Pros:- comfortable for long runs- sweat proof- easy to use controls- allows just the right amount of ambient noise in for safety- one size fits all so no extras to hold on to- light weight- good

They do allow a small amount of ambient noise in so I can hear cars

This bb fit is as good as, if not better, on phone ease of use and quality of sound as any of the plain Bluetooth phone units, and better than any of the phone / music units
