The fit isn't all that tight in your ear so loud background noise can be a problem

It's not enough that the background noise interferes with the music but it does a great job if there's a loud noise like a car coming up behind me

They don't block out background noise but the clarity of the sound is wonderful!

This bb fit is as good as, if not better, on phone ease of use and quality of sound as any of the plain Bluetooth phone units, and better than any of the phone / music units

- I take them running as well as to the gym

Just like apple earpods, except better quality parts and wireless (good for running :D)
