I bought these less than a month ago and they are the best product I have found on the market today.

Great product, use all the time for workouts or for hands free calling

No good product lasts forever but am a bit disappointed that they lasted only a bit over a year.

Product was excellent when iPhone carried externally or arm-pocket/band worn, but any other placement/carry (pocket, jacket or cloth container) produces inconsistent reception / hearing or a totally inaudible condition (for example when running or biking in rain or other inclimate conditions), yet same problem is reportedly common with other wireless / bluetooth similar ear-phones / brands.

Great product, ensure you get the carry case as it's a nice extra touch (which isn't always included from some sellers)

Once I encountered this problem, I looked online and found youtube videos and other posts of people complaining that the product came defective

The buttons do what they do and no customization is offered in app or via computer.- Poor product knowledge from customer service- Limited product life (the first pair at least)Paying over $50 for these I think is a mistake with so many other wireless options out there
