Plantronics CS520 Binaural Wireless Headset System

    • It did the trick and clients never have problems with background noise....so long as Mo one is yelling in the background unexpectedly
    • I prefer the binaural type to block out background noise
    • :Let me preface by stating that since this is so inconvenient to use, the pro's are cancelled out by the fact that the headset is BACK IN ITS BOX and being returned, so the pro's don't really matter, but here you go:-The headset does do an acceptable job of cancelling out background noise-Separate volume controls for the ear pieces and the microphone, which is nice.-I was able to get range walking all around my office floor
    • Because the headset covers both ears, it easily masks background noise.
    • They reported no background noise :)
    • It is easy to set-up and I think has a noise canceling feature because sometimes I will hear an echo or myself typing in the headset but as soon as I say hello all other background noises disappear
    • It also makes talking to people with bad phone reception easier to understand since it seems to make it easier for me to hear them by cutting out the background noise on my end
    • Very clear and blocks out background noise
    • now that I spent $200 on my own pair and way better than the company provided wired ones I appear to be more calm and collected even though I really just don't want to break these ones b/c of their awesomeness
