Great functional headset and at a reasonable price point

Very nice headset, we have purchased three now for use in a small business office.

I don't hear so well and always struggle to find good headsets with volume

It suffers from a problem that might make you want to consider another brand: Just adjusting the left (for me) earpiece will mute the headset
