I have it connected to my computer via USB for soft phone use

haven't tried the computer phone yet, but pretty sure it will work as well as the desk and cell phones do

Purchased the W730 because I take support phone calls on both land line and cell phone

Allows me to be hands free and away from my desk and still answer my cell, my desk phone, or a soft phone.

I traded in my Voyager 750s for the Savi as I needed to support both a conventional desk phone and an IP soft phone for my new job.

And it works nicely with Lync as well as my IP desk phone.
