Fits my ear and like the features

It took a few days to get comfortable with it my ear

expensive earbuds that fall out, cheap "over-the-ear" wired headphones that also fall out, bluetooth behind-the-neck headphones that are OK, and bluetooth behind-the-neck-and-over-the-ear headphones that won't stay in place while jogging

It fits very comfortably in my right ear and it's very light

My ear hurts

However, with the earpiece in my right ear and phone in my left pocket, the audio signal is dropped or extremely choppy.

I have used this brand for years with great satisfaction, but i cant say the same for this particular model unfortunately!keeps disconnecting for no reason from my Note 8, also if i have the headset in my right ear and the phone in my left pocket, i get tons of static like experience which is horrible

Well, my ears are not shaped "like everyone else's" (I guess), for instance, I cannot use "earbuds"; they simply fall out

This only works in my right ear but frequently is all static or buzzing.

The only complaint I have is that when I first got the headset and wore it for a while, it would start hurting my ear.

I did wear it for long hours and it did hurt my ear after awhile

my ears are so small I look like a dolphin, these ear pieces are so comfortable you forget you have them on and not only receive call, but it will allow to make calls, great product and my tiny ears thank you.

It doesn't make your ear war like Blue Parrot does.

I last the first one, just fallen off my ear with out noticing it, #2-3 end it up in the pool, and #4 was so flimsy it was completely useless

Earpiece hurt my inner ear and the back of my ear.

I ware it up to 4 hours and it never hurts my ear.

The main ones are easy: 1 press on the rearward facing boom button to answer/hangup, and 1 press on the downward facing (for right ear wear, upward if you're wearing it in your left) to mute/unmute the microphone

When worn on my right ear it would make an obnoxious buzzing noise when I would take a call, but move the headset to the left ear and the buzzing magically disappeared.

Great sounding headset my only one grip with this product is the proprietary earpiece the silicone ear pieces are bad on peoples ears and can be quite painful to get it to not hurt sensitive ears or people with silicon sensitivity

Great noise cancellation and fits in the ear perfect

I also purchased the charging case, which only works when the phone is arranged for the right ear

The charger is a magnetic strip, not a plug and you have to lay the ear

Back in 2008 when the Voyager had the molded earpiece that actually fits in your ear (I'm lucky that my ear is "average" size I guess, since some other people complained it either fell out or was too big - this is before they were swap-able

The base product is great, but it is not very durable - honestly disappointed as I can usually get a few years out of any given bluetooth.

I expect this one to be a great as my first.

Let's put it like this; I've tried a bunch (I mean, probably 20 or more) different headsets, purchased here as well as when I was in China (they have a bazillion different offerings there) and this one is the best I've used
